Delivery of our steel beam to site was delayed which would have set our schedule back by 3weeks ⏰

Quick phone call to a friend with a bribe of bacon butties 🥓

Horse box has successfully delivered our steel to site this morning 😁😮‍💨

Plaster, paint, tiles and wood can cover up issues that you won’t be aware of 🤨

Although we didn’t know about this crack we’re not worried because we were already removing this section of flooring 😉

Happy to announce the newest project on the go! 🥳 shop and one bed flat 🤩

I sourced this commercial building for my London investors in July 2021

They used the benefits of their SSAS pension to purchase this property in north Staffordshire

I will project manage this refurb on their behalf which will include a new roof, new basement, new sound proofing and layout!
