🤝Sold within 24 hours🤝

A really great result for our team, with this property agreeing a sale at full asking price within 24 hours of coming to market.

The property had previously been marketed
by another agent using an online auction method, but had attracted no interest.

We took a different approach, and the result speaks for itself!

⭐️⭐️ Testimonial Spotlight ⭐️⭐️

A great way to round off another successful week at Your Move Andrew Nicholson, with this wonderful testimonial from one of our valued clients!🏡

“Andrew has now sold two of our properties and I honestly couldn't recommend him and his team enough. Andrew's knowledge is second to none and we've always had such wonderful experiences when using him and his team. They are easy to contact, prompt in their return calls and emails and always so friendly and approachable. We had a bad experience with the forward chain collapsing and even though Andrew was only dealing with our sale he was fully supportive and helped us through this stage. We're hoping to not move again but if we have to we will definitely be back with Andrew. Thank you all so much”

⭐️⭐️Testimonial Spotlight⭐️⭐️

“The best estate agent I have experienced in my 40 years of buying and selling properties!
Andrew and his team do a fantastic job. Andrew in particular is on the case seven days a week and it was not unusual for him to chase information or update me outside office hours even on a Sunday. The whole team at the Crewe branch deserve the success that work tirelessly to achieve!”

A really great boost for the team to kick start the week💪We absolutely love hearing your feedback!

⭐️⭐️Successful sales and happy clients⭐️⭐️

"I can't thank Andrew and his amazing team enough. We purchased our place through Andrew and were very impressed so when we wanted to sell we asked Andrew to sell it for us.
Andrew goes above and beyond, even answering an email I sent on a Sunday evening.
Each time I emailed his response was very quick and he kept us informed throughout. Amazing service from him and his team." -Helen
