Trimming down an interior door for a client so it will open properly with a new thicker rug that will be used.

👉 New pop up basin waste fitted ✅

👉 Leaking waste pipework repaired ✅

🔹First client needed a new basin waste fitted as the old one had seized.
The new one was fitted, fully tested, and area cleaned ready to hand back.

🔹Then we headed off to another client, to inspect water coming through the ceiling 😬 directly under the bathroom.
Once fully inspected, we found multiple issues with the bath waste trap and connecting pipes and a hole needed to be cut in the ceiling below.
Several new parts later we fully tested it and solved the issue.
Bath time was back on 🛀🥳

👉 A leaking walk in shower caused by gaps in the silicone had slowly soaked into the trim running along the base.
This was completely stripped out, along with the split mouldy silicone.
Once everything was cleaned and prepped, a new bead of silicone was applied to the shower glass and then a new length of matching trim was precisely cut and fitted in place securely, and sealed on all edges.

A brand new fill valve fitted on this one to stop water trickling down the toilet as the old one wouldn’t operate properly.

🚨 GM Handyman Property Services 🚨

▶️ Old mouldy silicone removed from around the bathroom basin and bath/shower area then redone with antibacterial/anti mould silicone to freshen it all up.
Then moving down onto the floor tiles where the grouting had started to crack in areas.
This was repaired with a grout effect silicone which is very flexible and perfect for this situation.
