And breath …….. over 25 reactive calls covered this week alone for our new client Dreams. Five of which were same day 4hr emergency response calls. All hit within our agreed SLA’s. It’s been another busy week here at Evolve FM. Earlier this week we attended a site in Newcastle upon Tyne to replace a leaking isolation valve on a mains water pipe. The job was tricky due to no means of isolation so we had to freeze the pipe. Despite the complexity’s we got the job done ! Always great to receive brilliant client feedback. Top job Matt 👌👏👏👏
