This Beautiful unit will be coming available in September in the granary at The Courtyard Crickhowell. We are just off the high street in an idilic location. This lovely self contained unit is above Bobbie Beauty. Good size for office space for three to four desks or a luxury therapy room. It comes with a store room and WC.

As we head into the last week of our normal timetable, I thought I would start letting you know what we have in store for you during the summer holidays.

What you see on bookwhen is the list of classes that will run during the holidays. I will be teaching Monday nights and Saturday mornings as usual, with the exception of 17th August. I will also be switching my Sculpt class to a Tuesday morning at 6.45 and Morning Vinyasa on a Wednesday will continue to run with myself.

The rest of the classes on the timetable will be taught by one of our lovely cover teachers .with.nia Niamh Dempsey • Yoga • Plant-Based Nutrition Bronwen and Jen.

Thanks to everyone who has visited us today and enjoyed food in our beautiful Courtyard - it’s been a lovely busy day!

I wanted to let you know that as the temperature continues to rise, we may have to make some small adjustments to our menu to limit the amount of cooking we do in service. This is to try to keep our fantastic team as comfortable as possible - they’re working really hard in very, very warm conditions this week. If it gets too warm, we may need to adjust our opening hours and service times - we will keep you posted on social media and will update the blackboard outside the front door.
