No chance of running out of hot water in this property! 🚰

This is supplying hot water to 3 new bathrooms being installed in a large farmhouse renovation near Comrie👌

This property was taken right back to the stone walls which allowed us free rein to fully repipe a large 20 radiator heating system and supplies to a large kitchen area, multiple utility areas and large bathrooms!

It will be a thing of beauty once completed!👌👌

This old timer was around 35 years old and replacement parts that were required were now obsolete so we were left with only one choice…

🔥🔥 45kw Worcester 8000 fitted in an ongoing reinstatement of a fire damaged property in Crieff, the boiler position was changed from the garage to an upstairs cupboard with an upgraded gas supply!👌👌

This home was beautifully renovated a couple of years ago but they had one regret…..they never fitted a bath!

With a bit of tile magic from Gary Connel of Connel Tiling and a rethink of the layout, we managed to remove the wall hung WC and alter the pipework to the opposite wall to allow us to fit in this freestanding stone resin bath, weighing in at 100kg it took some effort to get it in place!

A beautiful feature….🛁
