The Estate sits within six acres of private countryside, yet Durham City is only around 6 miles away.

So you can spend the day exploring Durham, eat somewhere fabulous, visit the Cathedral...

We loved seeing the Log Cabin transformed for a very special 18th birthday celebration last weekend. ๐Ÿฅ‚โœจ

The balloon display looked absolutely gorgeous โ€” and the cabin makes such a brilliant setting for birthdays and special occasions.

With plenty of space to get everyone together, a huge bar and entertaining area, pool table, big-screen TV, hot tub and accommodation for up to 6 guests, you can arrive, settle in and make a proper weekend of it. โค๏ธ

When we introduced our new midweek Estate rate, we werenโ€™t quite sure how people would respond.

Turns out you rather liked it. ๐Ÿ˜…

Several dates have already booked, but we still have selected Sundayโ€“Thursday availability coming up.

ยฃ600 per night for the WHOLE ESTATE.

Not per person.

Not per property.

The entire private six-acre estate, sleeping up to 16 guests.

That works out from just ยฃ37.50 per person per night when 16 people stay.

Until everyone's staying in different hotel rooms, someone's three floors away and the only place you can all actually sit together is a restaurant.

That's precisely why The Estate is different.
