🏡 Renovation & Extension Transformation 🏡

This project involved a rear extension, completely opening up the existing layout to create a spacious kitchen, dining and living area.

Some of our favourite features include the high vaulted ceilings and skylights, which flood the extension with natural light, the large areas of glazing overlooking the garden, and the timber cladding which adds warmth and character.

Swipe through to see the transformation from the original house, through the construction stages, to the finished result ➡️

A big thank you to Áine Glackin | Architecture & Interiors , architect on the project, for the fantastic design and for providing the beautiful finished photographs 📸

🏡 RECENT HANDOVER 🏡

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, thankfully for all the right reasons! It’s been an incredibly busy few months across our sites, but we’re hoping to get back to sharing more of what we’ve been working on.

Starting with this beautiful 4 bedroom family home, recently completed and handed over to its new owners. 🔑

One of our favourite features is the stone entrance porch, built using reclaimed stone from the original buildings that once stood on the site. The same stone was also used to finish the front of the garage, carrying that character through the property and retaining a little of the site’s history within the new home.

The existing outbuildings were also given a new lease of life, carefully restored to provide additional office and outside living space.

A beautiful home with so much character and another project we’re very proud to have brought to completion.

We wish the owners many happy years in their new home. 🤍

✨ SOLD before it ever reached the market... here's why...🏡

With its timeless Georgian design, beautiful rural setting, spacious family-friendly layout and a high-quality specification. It's easy to see why this home was snapped up before it was ever officially launched.

One of the things that makes this even more special is the opportunity for the new owners to make it their own right from the beginning. They already have exciting plans to elevate the design further. We can't wait to bring those ideas to life and share the journey with you.

A huge thank you to our clients for placing their trust in our team 😌
