Another day that saw a lot of progress - those days are the best I have to say!
-Services installed - thanks to national grid & cadent gas
- ACO’s installed to garage wall
- Surveyor measured to provide topographical report
- Service trenches back filled
- Scrapped off excess muck ready for hardcore base ( be so nice not to be walking in mud every day)
- Quotes for first fix materials

The weather has been very kind to us this week so been able to achieve a great deal. Today saw the drainage to the front of the property, along with prepping for foul for downstairs bathroom/en-suite. Bringing in the new year with a second soak away tomorrow.

Another very productive day on site yesterday with drainage going in to the side of the property, prepping for Aco’s.
