At ET Planning, International Women's Day 2024 creates an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of women within our company and inspire inclusion. It's a day to highlight the critical role women play in our company's success, creating an environment where individuals are free from bias and discrimination, regardless of their gender.
We view this day as more than just a celebration; it's a reminder to continually strive for gender parity across all aspects of our business. We firmly believe in the power of diversity, inclusivity, and equality to create a more productive, compassionate, and innovative work environment.
At ET Planning we support inclusion in numerous ways. We ensure that women are represented at all levels within our organisation and work to eliminate any disparities in leadership representation. This is fundamentally important to the ethos of the company and our Executive Director and Founder, Emily Temple BSc (Hons) MSc MRTPI.
In conclusion, International Women's Day is a day of importance to ET Planning. A day we recognise and celebrate the significant contributions of women in our organisation. ET Planning are exceptionally proud to have a female leader, with nearly 60% of their workforce being female.
However, our focus is not just on one gender but how as a company we can inspire an inclusive and equitable environment for everyone at ET Planning.
