The property had previously been on the market with another well-known local agent and, unfortunately, after their sale was agreed, the buyer pulled out. Despite being an incredible home, the listing had become stale online.

Delighted to have agreed a sale on Downs House for the third time and this time at an even stronger price for our vendors.

Unfortunately, after a very long conveyancing process, the previous buyer decided to withdraw simply because they changed their mind. Incredibly frustrating for everyone involved, but sadly these things can happen in property.

Selling homes isn’t always straightforward. Conveyancing can be challenging, emotions run high, and transactions don’t always go to plan. But one thing we don’t do is give up.

We went straight back to work, re-launched the property, generated strong interest again, and secured an even better offer. Now it’s full focus on getting this one over the line for our clients.

Absolutely delighted to have agreed a sale on Coldharbour Lane.

These clients were referred to me by a previous vendor after we successfully sold their home in Battersea, which is always hugely appreciated and a reminder of how much this business is built on trust, reputation and referrals.

When we launched the property, it had recently been tenanted and the presentation needed some work to really maximise the interest levels. We advised on staging and presentation with London Property Staging and the vendors did a brilliant job getting the property looking fresh, stylish and market ready.

This wasn’t a straightforward market launch. We had to stay proactive throughout, give honest feedback, make a strategic price adjustment and keep momentum going at every stage.

After 19 completed viewings, plenty of cross-selling and introducing buyers through our internal network, we’re delighted to have agreed an offer after two months on the market.

The market is challenging at the moment, properties do not just sell themselves but with the right advice, strong presentation, proactive communication and a proper strategy, buyers are absolutely still there.
