Great to be out today with one of my team agents, Camilo, for the marketing shoot on a great new instruction.

The client came through a recommendation from a previous client, and after competing against a number of local and independent agents, they bought into our plan — the pricing, the marketing and the strategy.

The home also has some brilliant history, having once been the local corner sweet shop, so we’re definitely bringing that into the video.

Great to work alongside Camilo, supporting him as he continues to grow his business, while I stay closely involved with the client, the marketing and the strategy.

Another good collaboration and looking forward to getting this one live shortly.

Delighted to spend the day with my new team member, Ross Mallon.

Ross is an experienced Lettings & Build-to-Rent agent who has recently joined my team at eXp.

The quickest way to learn? Get out there and do it.

Today = 7 hours together, 3 valuations, business setup, social media, lead gen + strategy.

Most importantly, Ross got to shadow me across all 3 valuations, listen to my presentations, see how I approach different clients + understand how I advise on pricing, marketing and strategy.

And the glamorous side of being an independent agent… 10 mins of admin at South Croydon station between appointments...

I did treat him to lunch though!

This is what being part of my team is about — closer mentorship, leadership, support + actually getting out there and learning together.

I have big aspirations for my agency + my team, and I want every team member to have big aspirations for their own business too.
