We are currently seeking experienced Groundworks/Labourer for an immediate start at our Burns View Site in Tarbolton.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Assisting with all aspects of groundworks
▪️Site preparation and clearance
▪️Supporting trades on site
▪️Loading/unloading materials
▪️Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
▪️Previous groundworks/labouring experience
▪️Ability to work as part of a team
▪️Good understanding of site health & safety
▪️Valid CSCS card preferred

WE ARE RECRUITING ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER

As our projects continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Construction Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of our residential developments.

The Assistant Construction Site Manager will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Site Manager with the daily running of residential construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Monitor build progress and assist in maintaining construction programmes
• Support quality control inspections and ensure work meets company standards
• Help manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain clear communication with contractors, suppliers, and the wider project team
• Assist with site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements
• Previous experience in residential construction or housebuilding
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of health & safety on construction sites
• Ability to work well within a team and support site leadership
• Full UK driving licence
