Holmlea sleeps up to 4 people and is available through Airbnb or direct. It is not set up for younger children or babies, but I am happy to discuss this with you. I have a strict cancellation policy, but if your booked stay is impossible due to legal Covid restrictions I will give a full refund (I may need proof). Government approved cleaning protocols are in place for your safety and peace of mind.

Holmlea Cottage is free from Monday 15th - Friday 19th this coming week! Book direct with us and get a great discount, from £99 per night for 2 guests, a wee bit more for 3/4 guests. Dogs welcome. Lots to do and see in the area, plus great doggy walks :) message me here or e-mail me at katyandgeoff@com or phone 0796 1989 024 to find out more :) Two night minimum. Very comfortable, everything you need including log burning stove and all the logs you will need :) We might even throw in a few Tunnocks teacakes :)

Extreme wildfire warning for the whole of Scotland 🔥

There is an extreme risk of wildfire across the whole of Scotland from today until Saturday, 2 May.

We know many people across Scotland will be wanting to enjoy the good weather across the bank holiday weekend. We ask that everyone does so responsibly.

Wildfires have the potential to destroy property, landscapes and wildlife. All it takes is one spark to spread, causing a large amount of damage.

Remember, there’s no such thing as a 'harmless' fire.

'Hi Katy...We’ve had a fantastic time this weekend staying at your lovely cottage. Just savouring our last night here, it’s been a joy! The weather hasn’t dampened our spirits and we’ve managed to get out for some invigorating walks. Bella has loved it here too. Special thanks to you for allowing us to check in earlier on Friday. We took advantage of that and headed up to St Andrews. Today, we walked some of the Fife Coastal path out at Crail. Couldn’t resist treating ourselves to a wee chippy at Anstruther on the way back.
Finally, just a massive thank you for making our stay here feel like a home from home. You have provided more than everything we’ve needed. Such a beautiful place to stay!' 😊

Holmlea Cottage is available this coming week! We have been booked solid all summer (phew!) but it is now free from Monday to Saturday - book direct to save £££s! The last guest messaged on arrival to say 'wow...it's gorgeous!' and on leaving said the sofa bed was well comfy! :D
