This project has been a battle but it's coming along. Blue media wall is loading.....

Just a few more days of hard work and it will all be over.

We're making good progress on our latest renovation project!

Kitchen fitted ✅

Media wall completed ✅

No money left ✅✅

"If this was easy everyone would be a developer."

Anyway...

The plastering of the house is now completed, all that's left is decorating, Tiling and then onto the 2nd fix (plumbing and electrics).

We're nearing the end of this project. Stay tuned for more updates on current and new developments.

Last week we finished the media wall with space for a 65" Tv, electric fireplace and ample display shelves. We've also opened up the kitchen & dining room to create a seamless layout.

The kitchen is next to be fitted in preparation for 2nd fix Plumbing and electrics. We'll be staging this project in preparation for viewings in about 2-3 weeks time.

We were very excited with the progress of the Kitchen with units ready to be fitted next week.

Then a leak upstairs happened overnight 😭😭😭 and the ceiling came down. Luckily the water damage was confined to the kitchen.

We've spent £4k on the new kitchen which hasn't been affected. 🙌

The Scaffold is up with the roof repairs nearing completion.

We’re making progress on this renovation starting from top down. The weather was decent today so the builders made the most of it.
