2023 has started with a bang!
While the New Year is anticipated to be interesting for the property market with prices inevitably lowering after the soaring highs of the past few years, the market has not ‘crashed’ like many suggested it would.
Instead, we’ve seen a busy period following Christmas, and a steady pace of property being listed, while buyers patiently anticipate new properties coming to the market.
The amount of property on the market is still restricted, meaning there is a higher demand from buyers, desperately looking for a home that they love, and that fits their budget!
Post-pandemic patterns have remained, with many agents not allowing viewings on properties unless your property is on the market.
