Alongside Martin is his Spouse Alison, also a previous company director with similar experience. Alisonโ€™s role will be mainly focused with local marketing as well as progressing sales through to legal exchange of contracts liaising with solicitors, other agents and buyers and sellers. This is a crucial role to ensure a successful sale as well as providing a high level of personal customer service. As a local agent we understand the importance of supporting the village and will continue to support the local schools and advertise their events and fairs, as well as the sports and social centre, including the farmers markets and Christmas Fayre, and the associated bowls club. Other associations we are proud to support are the Danbury Art Society and the Church Flower Festival. Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings and property management, as well as Land and Development Properties, which Martin has been successful with over the past few years. The office is located on the main road in Danbury, in a small commercial development which includes a Coffee House, Hairdressers, Chiropodist and Counselling, with free parking, opposite the village war memorial. At Martin & Co Danbury we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service. Being a family run business we can offer a professional and personal service with local expertise, with the back up of a powerful national brand, which other local agents are not able to offer. We support the Village local schools and Sponsor school events as well as sponsor the local sports and social centre, bowls club and art society.
