Recent job completed for a new property investor ✨

We carried out full damp proofing in the living room and discovered rotten joists and floorboards underneath. All damaged timber was removed and replaced, new chipboard flooring fitted, and the room fully replastered. We then re-laid the existing carpet to keep everything neat and usable.

We’ll be back soon to fit brand new skirting boards once the plaster has fully dried.

🔧 Today’s Job: Kitchen Ceiling Repair

George’s kitchen ceiling had completely collapsed due to a leak from the bathroom above. Our team got straight to work — we removed the entire damaged ceiling, installed new fire-rated plasterboard, and replaced a section of the coving to ensure a seamless, perfect finish.

The space is now fully prepared and ready for decoration 👌
