Huge result for our client, Jomast Developments, at Hambleton Planning Committee yesterday. Unanimous approval of a major mixed-use development on the outskirts of Easingwold.
Food store, fuel station, care home, 166 residential units, and retirement living all delivered as a departure from the Local Plan by Saddington Taylor Planning Consultancy.
