Hello my lovely lot! 🥹 I’m honestly so overwhelmed by the support and growth over the last few weeks. I’m so grateful for every single job you choose Kate’s Kleens for. I never imagined last year that I’d be running my cleaning business full-time! 🥹❤️
For the next 4 weeks, I won’t be taking on any new clients while I get everything organised and prepare for some exciting changes.

From 26th October, there will be a few updates:
• A small increase to our hourly rate
• Hopefully 2 new members joining the team
• Updated payment policies — payments will ideally be made within 2 hours of your clean finishing, to avoid chasing payments
• Weekly and fortnightly clients will have the option to pay by monthly subscription or continue with pay-as-you-go — completely optional, just to make things easier! I will contact you so no need to worry❤️

So many exciting things happening behind the scenes and I can’t wait to share it all with you! ❤️✨

✨ The night before the kids go back to school is basically Christmas Eve for us adults! 😂

Uniforms out, alarms set and suddenly we’re all wanting to get the house back in order after 6 weeks of chaos! 🤣

🫧💕 A Little Payment Reminder 💕

Just a little kind reminder to all our lovely Kate’s Kleens clients 🩷

Going forward, we kindly ask that payments are completed within 2 hours of your clean finishing.

We completely understand that everyone gets busy and sometimes things can be forgotten, but some days we can be left waiting until 5–6pm for payments from morning cleans, and unfortunately this isn’t fair or practical for us. 🥺

We’d really appreciate everyone making payment as soon as possible after their clean, so we can keep everything running smoothly and avoid having to chase payments. 🫧✨

If payments are repeatedly not made within the 2-hour timeframe, clients who fail to follow this policy more than once will be asked to prepay for future cleans. This is simply to avoid chasing payments and to keep things fair and straightforward for everyone. 💕

The holidays commence next week which means i will be cutting down my days at work due to limited childcare.
My Friday regulars will stay the same every week/ 2 weeks
and then i will fit eveyone in wednesday and thursday🫶🏼
