Hey guys,

I wanted to introduce myself. I’m Natasha, Mummy to our gorgeous little boy Hugo, Business owner and and Partner to .

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and knew that I would eventually build my own successful business. I thrive when I’m at work because I love connecting with people. I’ve owned a small successful business for over a decade now and although it’s not property related I’ve certainly gained transferable skills that I can apply to any business.

Me and Freddy met 9 years ago, we moved in together after 3months, pretty quick I know, but it felt right. I was a home owner with a BTL property. After a few years we wanted to buy our own home together and with Freddy being a exceptional Carpenter we decided to refurb and sell the property, this enabled us to buy our beautiful home together, but if I knew what I know now since venturing into property, I would’ve kept hold of it and remortgaged! You live and learn!

Within the last couple of months we have educated ourselves about property, become academy members, attended seminars, boot camps, mentor sessions, watching people who inspire us, you tube, Podcasts, reading and late nights studying. We are now at the point of where we want INVESTORS ❤️

Our main focus is flips. This will predominantly be Freddy’s area, I will be focusing on SA, I’m attending a bootcamp next week and I’m excited to learn more and meet like minded people.

We are currently looking to work with investors. We have access to a number of platforms and mentors to find properties below market value, we have our Powerteam for renovations, legal requirements, solicitors, mortgage lenders and etc.

A night out is rare for me these days, this was my gorgeous friends birthday and I wasn’t going to miss it. I’m not really a big party person these days, my focus is building a great future for me and my family. Our new business venture is my priority. 🏡
