We’ve worked in the industry for a combined 27 years and dreamt for a long time of setting up on our own. For us, we wanted to be able to offer a truly custom-fit service, with no restrictions on who we could collaborate with and deliver a great customer experience where there wasn’t the need to tie our customers into long contracts. Mortlock & Joyce was born. Often, we get asked where the name co

mes from, and we can say proudly it is named after both of our respective grandparents. At the time, we went back-and-forth, as we wanted something meaningful to us. With surnames that are not the most straightforward to pronounce, Pronger & Strudwick, was out of the question, and Jon & Pete Estates didn’t have the same ring to it either. Mortlock & Joyce is an estate and letting agency covering parts of South-East London and are semi-rural specialists in the Kent area. You deal directly with the business owners for a consultative approach in residential sales, lettings, and property management. We invest heavily in technology, professional marketing, and an online presence on all online platforms including social media campaigns to give your property the most exposure possible.

Feedback from Alison, who recently trusted us to help her move.

As Alison mentions in her review, this was a particularly difficult time personally. Thankfully, the moving process itself was one of the more straightforward transactions we've handled. A big factor was the excellent communication between both sets of solicitors, which helped keep everything on track and removed a lot of unnecessary pressure from their clients.
