End of another academic year, and time to start property inspections! Its great to go into a house and for one's expectations to be exceeded. Two houses checked today, and two lots of deposits about to be paid back to my tenants in full. You know who you are, and it is appreciated. Also lovely, and unexpected, to hear from the father of one of my tenants (with me for two years) to thank me personally.
