A portfolio landlord himself, James has lived in the Daventry area since 2003 and has spent his entire working life in the property industry, specialising in property investment and lettings. James is supported by a small, professional team of experienced staff who know the local area, the market and the relevant legislation inside-out and will always provide any landlord or tenant with honest, accurate and reliable advice, often based upon their personal experience. Over the years, we have built substantial, profitable portfolios for numerous landlords by ensuring they bought the right Property, in the Right Area, for the Right Price. These range from single units for first-time landlords wanting to supplement their pension to multi-million pound, double-digit portfolios for seasoned investors.

If you are looking to rent something truly special, then you have come to the right place.

Fielding Properties is absolutely thrilled to be able to offer this utterly gorgeous detached family home – it is very rare to see a property available to let which has been finished to such a high standard, as the photographs will show.

Yes, you could find another three bed house for much less, but if you have the budget then you will unquestionably want to live here.

The Zoopla link in the comments leads to numerous photos and a description that is provided to the best of our abilities, but as there are only so many adjectives available in the English language we would encourage any serious potential tenants to book a viewing to see for themselves.

Can’t believe this was nine years ago - unquestionably the best completion that we have ever held. Libby Parratt won the igloo but unbelievably left it in the back of her car to melt. We really should do this again soon.
