New Stats are out, and they show a Strong Seller’s Market yet again!
Here’s a look at the numbers:
💛Year-over-year appreciation = 15.26%
💙month-over-month appreciation = 6.9%
💛Close-Price-to-List-Price ratio has gone up to 103.32%
Theoretically, this months report shows that if the buyer waited just one month to buy a $500k property from the end of Feb. to the end of March, they would have had to pay $35k more for that property. WOW!
As interest rates start to trickle up ↗️, prices continue to rise ⬆️, and inventory continues to shrink ⬇️, other questions arise as to whether the market is in a bubble + if now is a good time to buy. If you use Supply and Demand as a metric for the “bubble” question, it would be difficult to think that we are in one.
