Nigel has recently joined Empire as our in-house Architect and Project Manager, bringing a wealth of technical knowledge and industry experience to the team.

Sometimes the smartest solutions are not to rip everything out, it’s to work with what’s there.

Rather than removing and replacing existing purlins, we worked alongside them, introducing steel plates to provide the additional floor support required, without causing disturbance to other parts of building.

The solution was engineered and detailed by our structural engineer to ensure compliance and performance.
