A friendly face, a listening ear,
Someone to make the day feel brighter here.
A trip outside, the ducks, the breeze,
Or sitting chatting with gentle ease.
The smallest things can mean so much,
A smile, a laugh, a caring touch.
Building trust week by week,
Supporting those who may feel weak.
Helping someone feel less alone,
Making their time feel valued, known.
