Well, last night’s speaker Jane certainly does! 😂

Jane showed us why she sees asbestos in a commercial building as an opportunity, not something to fear.

Taking us behind the scenes of her Sutton-in-Ashfield project, Jane shared the journey from purchase to development, including the challenges, the curveballs and the opportunities along the way.

Her message? Be brave. Think bigger. Look beyond the obvious.

It was a brilliant insight into how the right mindset — and the right team around you — can turn a challenging commercial property into a fantastic development.

And of course… there were plenty of lessons and laughs along the way! 👏🏠
