As from the 1st April 2018 there will be a requirement for any properties rented out in the private rented sector to normally have a minimum energy performance rating of E on an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

I am a Sole Trader and keep costs to a minimum. I live locally in Allestree.
Estate Agents will charge up to £120 incl of VAT.
My charges start from £40 incl.No VAT charge.
Be aware of national scam companies.
So cut out the middleman and come direct to your local Assessor
The Certificate is currently valid for 10 years.
Inspection takes around 45mins and the Certificate is emailed to you within 24 hours. Posted if no email address is available.
