Being a working farm we are able to provide real on site management with tenants dealing with us, the owners, from the first initial enquiry. We also have full control of the site and will not stand for tenants that cause a nuisance and are bad neighbors.
We are happy to accept deliveries and tenants may use the premises as their business address, we also have a small delivery/ mail drop box
Rent stated is inclusive of insurance and utilities, subject to 50kWh (£12.50 pcm) limit, VAT to be added.
Tenants are not liable for the fabric of the building unless damage is caused.
