This morning, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of driving through the truly breathtaking & picturesque Derbyshire countryside to attend a Marketing Derby Bondholder breakfast event at Chatsworth House, hosted by Lord Burlington, the Chair of Chatsworth House Trust, in the historic stables 🏰🤩

Our Lettings Manager, Romey, says ‘this Bondholder event holds a particularly special place in my heart - I very much associate Chatsworth with my childhood, as this is a place me, my parents, and now my children visit often, ever since I was a baby - Chatsworth is one of my favourite places on earth’ 🌏❣️

Today we’ve heard all about the truly remarkable work the Trust carries out at Chatsworth, and the Cascade Restoration project, which is 300 years old, it’s incredible! 🤩

VERY COOL POST ALERT!!! 🚨

This week, one of our tenants have been showcasing their unique and very impressive 3D scanning and printing services at our Derwent Business Centre in Derby 🚂

Our Derwent Business Centre is a truly beautiful former railway bonding warehouse, dating back to the early 1900's, and our wonderful tenants 'CDG Design Tech' have been showcasing their expertise by 3D scanning one of the many period features in our building, an old train buffer, which you can see in these videos and pictures... how amazing is this, we're blown away! 🤩

CDG Design Tech are now going to 3D print this train buffer in two sizes by using their incredibly impressive and top tier scanning/printing technology 📈

If you have any 3D scanning or 3D printing needs, please don't hesitate to contact CDG Design Tech, their work is absolutely stunning! 👌🏼

We feel so lucky to have been given the opportunity this morning to get a sneak peek into how the production is made, as the team
prepare for the morning’s technical rehearsal, and to find out about the exciting things on the horizon for Derby Theatre, as it approachs its milestone 50th birthday 🎂

Kiss Me Quickstep is a sparkling, chandelier-filled show full of stunning ballroom dancing, sequins and secrets from the much-loved and award-winning Amanda Whittington 💃🎫

‘I’m sooooo late posting this, but on the 20th May, it was my 1 year anniversary of being back at Staton Young! 🎉

As many of you will already know, I’ve been with Staton Young for many years, initially as a BDM for a few years, but I briefly left the company for personal reasons, and then swiftly came back as Lettings Manager when the time was right (5 months after having my daughter 👶🏼) … best decision I ever made to come back, this company is my ‘happy place’ and I absolutely love having such a healthy & happy ‘work/life’ balance, I feel very lucky 🤓👏🏼🫶🏼

Here’s to many more work anniversary’s with Staton Young! 🥳’
