Delighted to have been asked to renew the EPCs on some of these lovely 2015 properties. Just a stones throw away is the 500+ year old Whitefriars Gate. A little reminder of the passage of time where new meets old 🏠🕰️

This weeks Government announcement confirms all landlords with sitting tenants or signing new tenancy agreements will have until 31st October 2030 to bring their properties from the current minimum E to EPC C or above (or register an exemption) to legally let them out.

EPC validity will remain at 10 years meaning you will be registered as compliant for the next decade from the date of your certificate.
