Apprentice Administrator - Choose Your Apprenticeship Path
Location: Yaxham Waters Holiday Park
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 9am – 5pm
Salary: Apprenticeship Rate (depending on age and skills)

• AAT Accountancy
• Customer Service Practitioner
• Business Administration
This is an exciting all-round role that provides experience across administration, customer service, finance, and business operations, making it suitable for a variety of apprenticeship programmes.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Administrator, you will become a key member of our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced holiday park environment. No two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills while working towards your qualification.
Your duties may include:
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Handling customer enquiries in person, by telephone, and by email
• Processing bookings and reservations
• Supporting the finance team with invoicing, payments, and record keeping
• Maintaining accurate business records and databases
• Assisting with general office administration
• Supporting various departments across the holiday park
• Using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
