An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Head Office at the McGinnis Group. We are looking for an administrator to join our busy team to provide sales and admin support across our company.
Key Responsibilities:📢
• Provide Sales & Administrative Support.🖥️
• Conduct reception duties as required in a professional manner.
• Manage e-mail, post and telephone communication as directed. 📞
• Maintain an efficient filing system for Head Office. 🗂️
• Provide excellent customer service, including aftercare.
• Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner to assist construction programme.
• Liaise with a range of professional and statutory bodies.
Additional Responsibilities:📢
• Provide administrative support to McGinnis Group Companies as required.
• Assist in the administration of Ground Rents.
• Attend and minute meetings with sales agents.
• Other Ad Hoc duties as required.
