We are pleased to confirm the successful completion of the sale of 5.5 acres at Cresswell Lane near Malmesbury.

Beth Webber launched the property to market, achieving immediate interest and a prompt sale process. An offer at the guide price was secured within just two weeks of launch, reflecting strong demand.

Prior to marketing, Beth Webber and Chris Powell successfully negotiated the surrender of an unwritten Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy, ensuring the land was positioned to achieve maximum value for our client.

Thank you to Georgia Clark at Wansbroughs in supporting the legal and conveyancing process.

If you are considering selling land or would like advice on unlocking value from agricultural or property assets, please feel free to get in touch for a confidential discussion
