Congratulations to Beth on passing her APC exams and becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer working from our office here in Devizes

Symonds & Sampson is proud to announce two newly qualified Rural Chartered Surveyors within the firm.

Beth Rutterford and Jane Ruell can proudly put the letters MRICS after their names, having successfully attained their APC qualifications. Both have been within the firm as part of our formal graduate training programme, Beth in our Devizes office, and Jane in our Tiverton and Poundbury Burraton House offices, where they have gained valuable practical experience, and we are thrilled to see their efforts pay off.

Symonds & Sampson’s Devizes office welcomed clients and fellow professionals to watch the British & Irish Lions at Devizes Rugby Club on Wednesday. Whilst watching the thrilling game – and a Lions win - guests enjoyed a hearty breakfast (with bacon from a farm just two miles away) and had the opportunity to meet valuable contacts.

Chris Powell, Partner at Symonds & Sampson’s Devizes office, was delighted with the morning, saying, "The morning was very productive. It’s a pivotal time for the agricultural industry, so meeting clients and fellow professionals from the legal, accounting, bankers and local NFU in an informal environment was helpful for all, as ideas and thoughts from different perspectives were shared. It is the first event we have held here, Devizes Rugby Club did us proud in hosting the event, and we will certainly plan to host similar events in the future."
