Artemis. Feature tour. 🤍

Large format checkered tile running through the laundry. A primary bedroom that opens directly onto the ravine view. Four panel windows and doors leading straight out from the ensuite. Spa features built into every detail.

This is the phase where the design decisions start showing themselves. The choices we made two years ago on paper are now the moments the family will live in every day.

Drywall in. Millwork installed. Wainscoting up. Trim and crown molding running. Tile going down. Indiana Limestone on the exterior.

Every trade on site at the same time. Every detail moving forward at once. This is the phase where a custom build stops looking like a construction site and starts looking like a home.

Since our last update, Project Lauren has reached some major milestones:
✔️ Electrical rough-ins
✔️ HVAC rough-ins
✔️ Plumbing rough-ins
✔️ Insulation complete

One of the standout features? A massive accordion-style kitchen window that opens directly onto the covered outdoor living space, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Add the oversized sliding glass doors and future fire pit, and this backyard is going to be something special.

Next up: drywall, flooring, tile, and the finishes that really bring this home to life.
