Few recent jobs from last couple of weeks
Double panelling on a staircase and landing with oggee rail for a repeat customer, skim a bathroom ceiling following a leak in chickenley, skim a full room for a friend in Ossett, knockout chimney breast and wall to open up a living room area also build and fit a media wall to back wall, gas been capped off by a friend , all electrics fully moved and sockets added, reused skirtings to match as that’s what customer wanted, skim where needs due to paper everywhere, block existing door way up and skim, and finish panelling in corridor where need from last also boxed pipes down wall
More pics to follow once customers painted it and new radiators arrive

Couple of jobs from this week
Board and skim a job in Leeds
Then fit a new kitchen with useing all old carcasses apart from 2 as customers wanted to save a few quid, all worktops fit and fit new sink, refit hob back in where it was previously(not my ideal place but that’s where it was and customer wanted it back there) just got to call back and fit plinths as new floors been fitted and a edge strip to do
Have then tiled a splash back around kitchen to give a nice clean new finish

Been a busy one this week to get done before customer gets back of holiday
Full salon kit out
All new tileing throughout which walls was a nightmare to tile to sue to shape of building
Mirrors installed,shelves, re moved and pipes up hair washing chairs with sani flow, tile plinths where owner wanted due to water mopping areas, small hand rail and spindles on steps to one side, bullnose ends on steps for grip, skirting installed all at top kitchen are and out of back, full fit out of toilet with panel ing for easy clean and maintained, new sink and toilet installed with a access hatch at side for stop tap to building, new kitchen sink and worktops also installed to smarten kitchen area up and finished with leftover tile splash back
All in all been a decent job to get cracked on with and happy that customer is happy with it

Few recent jobs
Go back to a job a did just over a year ago as customer wanted a media wall fire fitting into there wall (just touch up on paint as screws was proud) also installed a anthasite tower radiator in living room and retorted camera cables outside up back of drain pipe and into office upstairs, few jobs from a couple of rented property’s a do Maintence on, supplied and fit 8 led spotlights to a repeat customer to brighten up kitchen also filled holes where needing to get past joists all ready for painter also installed new extractor fan and cored out as old wasn’t and just catching grease

Few jobs from this week
Replacing a front out side tap as was leaking,fit a new bath panel on previous bathroom I fit due to customer not like ing plastic one, been back to fit black spindle’s on staircase just ready for painting all now,
Been to overboard and skim a leaking ceiling above a bay window and fit new plastic window boards over old as that’s what customer wanted also fit new sill and trims round front door to tidy it up, been and plastered a room up Earlsheaton and a small closet turned into a space for dog to sleep and skimmed over window walls as customer never had them done when I was previously there due to blinds and curtains been up
Also supplied and fit a new wooden loft ladder and finish with architrave around as hatch was too small for customer

The bathroom one is haveing a new wooden gloss bath panel installed Tuesday looks incedible now it’s all painted though

Nice when customer sends a picture of finished painted media wall looks bang on just needs bigger tv now
Also a job from this morning re plaster wall in hall way and top of steps due to been a mess when paper been stripped

Few recent jobs been done
Cut out and patch and re plaster a ceiling due to a leak in chickenley
Tile a back splash up Earlsheaton with white gloss brick metros and white grout to finish
Install a new oak door to the sliding bathroom door from previous bathroom installed
Rip out and fit new handrail and base rail and a newel post at bottom as was two low for new spindles (just waiting on metal spindles to arrive to finish also customers on holiday at minute)also plenty of other jobs to do at this job
Panelled all up stairs and stripped wallpaper and plastered up, got the old gas heater took out and capped under floor, installed two new radiators,and changed light switches and light fittings to led black
Supplied and fit a new 6ft fence panel and 2 new posts up Earlsheaton due to customer leaveing handbrake off and going through fence( before anybody says yes panels on it’s side to match existing to who installed it)
Installed new chrome extractor fan in Leeds and also tiled splash back around kitchen white matte brick tiles with grey grout finish (customer wanted to keep small upstand)
Supplied and fit some mdf shelves into built in wardrobes to hold and store clothing boxes, also built some shelves in store cupboard for easy storage of towels etc and changes three old lights to led black lights

Job from this week
Rip out old fireplace but saveing as customer selling it
Build a media wall to customer requirements they wanted left hand side for small ornaments and normal big ones on right hand side of wall
Also Tv openings bigger as tenant getting a new tv soon just fit tv so they can use before anybody says
Framed, boarded and plastered, also patched some old sockets at right hand side of media wall
Installed led spotlight in each shelf, double sockets at side of tv and side wall as well as sky cable and Ariel so plenty to use
All coveing done at top and skirting boards to tie into old
Storage cupboards made at bottom with push open bars inside so no handle,also finished doors with a oggee picture rail bead
Will look brilliant once painted
