Easily accessible from London and just five miles from the sandy beaches at Brancaster and RSPB reserves at Holkham Bay, makes for an ideal retreat away. Perfect for Babymoons, first UK holiday break with your new baby, couples and families. The kitchen is the hub, sunlight pours into the dining area, while the lounge warmed by an open fire is perfect for game nights, movies, or a quiet book escape. Upstairs, the bedrooms and snug reading/play area adds a separate space for all. Plus, you will have a spacious bathroom—a rare gem in cottage land!

Staneve has unexpectedly become free this weekend!!

We have availability from this Friday afternoon to Sunday late afternoon! If you have a free weekend and are able to escape away to enjoy the coast, great pubs and some cosy time together please contact me!

The early evening activity & beauty of Burnham Overy Staithes 👇

Crabbing, water taxis, people and dogs swimming in the staithes, spotting a seal alongside a person before ducking behind a boat 🦭 Pure joy and one of my favourite places in Norfolk.

We love choosing seasonal juices to reflect the time of year and right now, when everything feels a little in between, today’s choice had to be ‘Discovery’ (We also love the offer of buying 6 bottles and getting one free!)

Being married to an interior designer always means colour.

We could have painted the lounge in a light colour and filled it with everything you may expect at a cottage rental OR we could have painted it in a deep blue with copper and brass, vintage furniture and thrown in a singer sewing machine (which looks awesome) plus copious books on local walks, architecture and good design! Let’s not forget the SEGA!

Cosy, inviting, spacious and warm. One thing we can’t agree on is the central coffee table! 😉 any thoughts welcome!

Wells-Next-The-Sea 🛶 Guided Kayaking Tour

Flora and I had a brilliant morning on the water with wells_paddle_sports last week. Learning to paddle properly, navigating the challenging current, and enjoying the easy ride back made for a great experience.

Small group, beautiful surroundings and lots of fun! It comes highly recommended from us now for our guests 🌊

A family bike ride around the beautiful grounds of Holkham Hall! 🚲 On a warm day, we explored the stunning surroundings and spotted plenty of deer, bunnies and birds along the way. 🦌🐰🦅

Highly recommend and the staff were SO lovely!
