So this customer is a parent of an existing customer that had just moved into the area and wanted to creat a fuss free and low maintenance bathroom to enjoy for years to come… as well as open up a kitchen area, block up a doorway, remove a fireplace and skim a ceiling… as you can see we have the work experience lad with us and he’s getting involved learning how to silicone and walk on the plasterers stilts! (Cheers Leo!😂), as you can see the bathroom was a limited space but the design has made the best of what space we had and the result is spot on! The customer is happy… so we’re happy! Job done!

So here’s another loyal returning customer that is on a very long journey of renovating their 17th century home that has had a colourful life as various different establishments… from fish & chip shops to services stations, petrol stations and an MOT garage!! now she resides as a family home to a great family who are now its custodians… the whole house will be re rendered in coloured K’ render with all new windows, new guttering for better water management, new metal and composite gates with a new tarmac driveway…. Then Cinderella will have her gown on! Hopefully for many years to come so keep an eye out for the progress….

So here we have a project for a lover couple new to the area that have become friends, which was challenging in many ways as we were to take out 5! Internal wall and replace the 2 supporting walls with steels supplied by IFT Services who supply all our steels, promptly and to spec…
Then amendments to most of the water management to incorporate a new downstairs
w/c, lay some natural Indian stone flooring, relocate all the downstairs radiators, replace 2 windows for doors, all the floor tiles throughout, block doorways up… open up 4 rooms and a corridor and plaster finish ready for the next stage… what a transformation!

Bifolds in French grey supplied by Craig windows and doors, stable doors also in French grey supplied by Andy Windows and doors, flooring by RF paving, electrics by our good friend Jonny isle and plastering by our good friend Leo Mcavoy as always…

Another returning customer that wanted to change the location of their beloved shed and extend the base to allow this… while we’re at it we installed ducting for electrics to be installed at a later date and some drainage to assist with the water management and they were super pleased!! As was we… job done!

Here we have a returning customer that wanted to replace all their existing internal doors… all 16!! With a more contemporary timeless look and went for an oak design… here we supplied Suffolk oak finished doors supplied by Howdens joinery in Thorne, with satin black handles… what an amazing transformation…. And look how tight those hinges are fitted! We do love a bit of neat joinery!! Anyway..

Here we have a new customer that needed some remedial work doing on their tired roof to get another few years out of the original slate, we replaced all the chimney lead work, Re-bed ridge tiles, replace any broken/damaged tiles where needed and fit end trims on both the gables… that’s it all good for another several years to come… we do love a bit of fancy lead work!

So here we have a returning customer wanting a fireplace and living room renovation with some handmade bespoke build cupboards to creat a space for the tv and floating shelves along with a natural stone hearth split faced slate fire back and solid natural oak beam, with new herringbone flooring, new rads and oak step in the garden space… all-in-all a lovely cosy result!
