🏗️ Another project we’re currently working on in Doncaster City Centre

This scheme will transform an existing office building into 33 new apartments.

Soft strip works are currently underway on site and, once complete, the scheme will provide 33 new apartments in Doncaster City Centre.

It’s always rewarding seeing buildings that have reached the end of their commercial life given a completely new purpose.

🏗️ Creating a new children’s nursery and 10 new apartments from an existing commercial building in Doncaster City Centre.

Many people look at a building and see its current use.

We look at how it can work harder.

This project currently operates as a children’s nursery across the ground, first and second floors.

Our solution was to create a brand new nursery on the ground floor, allowing the nursery to relocate into modern accommodation designed around its long-term needs.

Once the new nursery is complete, we will convert the first and second floors into 10 new apartments.

A key part of the project has been forward planning. While the nursery remains operational, we’ve already had to consider and coordinate drainage and services for the future apartments to ensure the next phase can be delivered with minimal disruption.

Projects like this demonstrate the benefit of having design and construction working together from the outset.
