Today’s challenge?
The fuse box was hidden in a dark cellar with no lighting at all… so my phone light had to do the job. 😅

When viewing properties, we always make sure to properly inspect everything before submitting an offer. Especially things like electrics and the overall condition of the property.

That’s the only way to realistically estimate refurbishment costs and know what offer actually makes sense.
