We were recently asked by a potential buyer of an older home to check the roof for them. We used our new mini drone & 4k camera to inspect the roof whilst we remained safely on the ground, no need for risky high level working 😁. As you can see we found considerable defects with the mortar falling away and obstructing the valleys.
The owner has subsequently negotiated a reduction in the sale cost based on our survey pointing out the work required to make good.
