It’s always a dilemma knowing how much to do to a property, when it’s not ‘too bad’.

The kitchen, skirtings, architraves and doors at Auckley were ‘ok’ and many developers probably wouldn’t be changing them.

We can’t do ‘just ok’ though, we only want to produce the BEST homes….so we’d rather do more, spend a bit more, have less profit, but have piece of mind that we are giving a HIGH QUALITY product to the new owner ❤️
