Property developing isn’t all fun and games…….

It’s searching and searching, doing lots and lots of research, negotiating deals, organising materials, minimising costs, managing trades and budgets, and spreadsheets, hoping that there might be a profit.

It’s a lot of hard work!

Sometimes I make a bit of money, sometimes I break even 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just try and make sure I don’t lose anything.

But I love it ❤️ and it’s nice to have a little treat while I do it sometimes x
