Position: Full‑Time Window Cleaner & Driver
Location: Doncaster & surrounding areas
Hours: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

⭐ About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Window Cleaner to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial windows using traditional and water‑fed pole systems. A company vehicle will be provided for daily routes.

🚐 Key Responsibilities
Driving company vehicle to customer locations

Cleaning windows to a high standard (internal & external)

Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues

Providing friendly, professional customer service

Since starting my business just over two years ago, what a rollercoaster it has been.

I've gone from having over 1,000 customers to my son deciding to go his own way, which meant downsizing the business to fewer than 500 customers. On top of that, I had the stress of a cancer scare, which really put things into perspective.

Despite the challenges, there have been some amazing highlights along the way. My partner and I managed to get two of our favourite cars, get our teeth done, and enjoy our first holiday abroad together.

Since Christmas, I've been rebuilding the business from the ground up. I'm proud to say we're now approaching 700 monthly customers, we'll soon have two vans on the road, and we're growing to a team of two staff members.

I just want to say a huge thank you to every customer who has supported us over the years, and a special thank you to those who stuck by me through the tough times. Your loyalty, trust, and support mean more than you'll ever know.

Here's to the next chapter and continued growth. 🚐💪
