Day one establishing new survey control on site for the proposed development in Sheffield.

✅establish a new baseline using GPS
✅correct baseline using TS16 1”
✅set out further control off site

✅Stake out the proposed retaining wall locations ready for dig
✅leave a FFL datum on site

GEOsurveys were not commissioned to undertake the original topographical survey and no off site survey control was established… costing the client money and time.

It’s always beneficial to start the survey control away from the site with primary control and then add on site control.
