A new chapter begins 🌿

We're delighted to welcome four established residential parks to Serenity Parks:

→ Wimborne Country Park, Dorset.
→ Mulberry Court, Hampshire
→ Hillbury Park, Dorset

Each has its own character, setting and established community, and we're looking forward to becoming part of their future.
For existing residents, a very warm welcome to Serenity Parks. And for anyone considering a new way of living, we'll be sharing much more about the parks and homes available over the coming weeks.

A little behind the scenes at Grasmere Park… 📸

Yesterday was photography day for all four of our new show homes and despite a little rain, we managed to get everything we needed.

There was plenty of styling, prop moving and bed making as we worked our way from home to home and with Thea swapping admin for the day and putting her creative flair to very good use!

Behind the camera was Rory Blizard, who graduated in Media this year. It was great to give Rory the opportunity to work with us on the shoot and gain experience on a live commercial project.

We captured the interiors and exteriors of all four show homes, along with some great shots of Grasmere Park as the development continues to take shape.

Four homes, plenty of beds to make and even a little rain to contend with a great team effort and a very productive day.

We can’t wait to share more.

Celebrating sales across Serenity Parks 🥂

It’s been a great couple of weeks for our sales team, with two sales at Bluebell Heights and another two at Grasmere Park.

Last week we shared the fantastic news from Bluebell Heights, so another congratulations to Alex on his two sales, your flowers and fizz are coming, Alex, we promise!

And this week, it was Sophie’s turn to celebrate her first two sales at Grasmere Park.

There’s a particularly lovely story behind these two.
A couple travelled from Essex to view our show homes and fell in love with the Omar Middleton, the development and everything the area has to offer.
Mum came along for the day too. Before visiting, she wasn’t convinced on park home living and wasn’t even planning on selling her home, but seeing the homes, setting and lifestyle first-hand completely changed her mind.

The result? Two homes sold and a family making the move together. 
It’s a wonderful example of what residential park living can offer, beautiful single-storey, bungalow-style homes where you can downsize and maintain your independence, while having family close by and support on your doorstep.

And after travelling from Essex to Caister-on-Sea, we can certainly see why they fell for the location too, with its beautiful beach, local amenities and everything you need close by.

Congratulations to our new homeowners, and to Sophie and Alex on four sales between them.

A very positive start for both Grasmere Park and Bluebell Heights. 🌿
