I get asked this a LOT…
“How much do you actually charge?” 🦩

So, here it is. No mystery pricing. No “book a call to find out”. 😂

🏡 ONBOARDING — from £425
This is the initial setup to get your property ready to operate properly — photography, listings, systems, marketing strategy, guest guides, compliance checks and getting your on-the-ground team organised.

📈 FULL MANAGEMENT — from 16%
The percentage depends on the length of agreement, from 16%–22%.
We manage the bookings, guests, pricing, listings, systems and day-to-day running.

🔑 DIRECT BOOKINGS — 5%
For bookings we bring in directly, helping reduce reliance on the big booking platforms and their fees.

And you’re not handing your property to someone who’s never actually done it themselves.

I own and operate serviced accommodation myself, I’m an Airbnb Superhost and a Host & Scale Certified Host. I know what it’s like when it’s your property, your money and your reputation on the line.

Another happy guest 🦩💗

This one made me smile — especially “we felt at home and wanted to stay.”

That’s exactly what we want.

A clean house, comfortable beds, nice surroundings and someone actually there when you need them. Nothing complicated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Whether it’s 2 nights, 2 weeks or 2 months, we want every guest to feel looked after.

And yes… a LOT of hard work did go into that decor 😂🙌🏼

🦩 What makes us a little different?

We don’t just manage serviced accommodation. We own it too.

We’ve bought properties, renovated them, furnished them, photographed them, listed them and welcomed the guests.

We’ve dealt with the cleaners, the maintenance, the bills, the bookings and everything else that comes with running a property.

So when a landlord hands us the keys to their investment, we’re not learning the ropes with their property.

We’ve already done it with our own.

We look after your property with an owner’s mindset, because we are owners ourselves. 💗

That’s the Pink Flamingo difference.
