👷‍♂️ Inspiring the next generation

We’ve loved welcoming visitors to CG Fry & Son for some hands-on work experience.

Harrison joined his dad, our Development Construction Director, spending time across several of our developments. At Jurston Fields, he worked alongside some of our former apprentice bricklayers – and enjoyed it so much he wanted to stay for the whole week! At Welborne, he spent time with a carpenter, electrician and bricklayer.

Meanwhile, Lucy joined her dad, our Project Manager at Mountbatten Park. She learnt all about the housebuilding process, with a focus on site management and inspections.

It was great to give Harrison and Lucy a taste of the many different roles and skills involved in housebuilding – and perhaps inspire a future career along the way! 🏡

Great to see another major milestone completed by our Contracting team. 👏

The second phase of Numatic International’s new production facility in Chard, Somerset, is now complete, delivering 5,500 sq m of new assembly, office and staff space.

A fantastic project to have been part of, to create a modern and functional facility designed to support Numatic’s continued growth.

Well done to everyone involved in bringing this latest phase to completion.
