We’ve been incredibly busy over the last few months and not shared much on our socials. We did a site visit at a refurb we have underway in Peckham. Early days but taken a few walls out and some chimneys and this space is going to be a lovely 6M kitchen.

Basement ready for tanking at our project. Heritage consult has also been on site checking and mapping the ancient timbers that were uncovered after all the asbestos had been removed.

Last site visit for Spring Developments before we wrap up for Christmas. This site will continue to be active in between Christmas and New Year as we have large queries of asbestos to remove while the commercial premises are closed.

We love a December completion! One of two properties Spring Developments completed on this week was this derelict Victorian house in Peckham SE15. This house is in need of substantial refurbishment. Now we need to decide what to do with it!

It’s the end of the first week on our grade II listed conversion and refurbishment project. Our main contractors have made excellent progress so far preparing and reducing the ground levels in the basement areas so they are ready for tanking. External repairs are also underway and the internal strip out including the removal of a few walls is coming on well.
