Buying and selling a home in England could be about to change.

The government has announced proposals aimed at reducing delays, cutting fall-throughs, and creating more certainty for buyers and sellers.

One in three property sales currently fall through before completion, so any changes that help create a smoother moving process will be welcomed by many.

Whether these proposals become reality remains to be seen, but they're certainly worth keeping an eye on.
